Meet "Gus"
Gus is a 2-year-old Wire Fox Terrier/Terrier mix. He is a young terrier through and through: smart, curious, energetic, mischievous, and a practiced escape artist with a strong prey drive (so strong in fact, that he has caught and killed a chicken).
He is super friendly with people he meets; he is playful, cuddly, gets along well with the four other dogs he lives with and with the neighbor’s dog.
He is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations and in good health. He weights 21 lbs. and is 18" tall.
His new family will need to provide him with structure, a stable routine, some training, and lots of exercise. He may need to be introduced to exercising on a leash or with a harness.
He currently has access to the outside at all times, so he may need a little help getting into a potty routine if the new owners don’t have a doggie door.
