Meet "Gizmo"

Gizmo is an energetic, enthusiastic, playful, loving purebred Wire Fox Terrier male available for adoption.
He loves to play, is eager to interact with people, jumps like a gazelle, is always willing to play tug-of-war, loves car rides--And snuggles, resting his head on your shoulder.
Gizmo knows:​

“sit”

“come”
-
“lay down” and
-
“go to crate” (or “crate up”)
He recalls when his electronic collar sounds.
He is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, chipped, and house trained. He is 18 inches at the shoulder and weighs 24 lb.
Gizmo has had a recent vet visit with exam and bloodwork to certify that he is a healthy 7 1/2-year-old.
He is a wonderful playmate, housemate, and companion.

Gizmo needs a new home because his current owner’s life circumstances are changing.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME FOR GIZMO WITH ADOPTERS WHO:

Are Wire Fox Terrier/terrier-savvy

Have plenty of energy

Have a house with a yard or neighborhood for walks and play

Have no children under the age of 8

Have someone at home a lot of the day
-
Have no cats or small mammals (gerbils, guinea pigs, etc)
-
Have no other dog or have a dog-savvy owner who can supervise interactions with another dog
-
Are located within a 2-hour drive of Portland, OR
